May I Know Only The Love That I Am

Feeling a bit timid about the day?

My Dear Friend,

Do you ever awaken feeling a bit unsure about beginning your day?  Would you like a simple approach that may yield profound results?  There is one simple question you could ask yourself every day that can make all the difference.  That is, “Where am I judging myself?”

Self-judgment is sneaky.  So often we are carrying it within our bodies and do not even realize it is there causing anxiety, tension, and even sadness.  Could you ask yourself each morning one simple question, posed in sincerity and honesty:  Where am I judging myself at this moment?   Perhaps I’m telling myself, “I should be able to”or maybe it’s more like, “If I only could…”   This judgment may extend out into guilt and even manifest as fear.

You see, if you’re judging yourself, then you are creating a perceived experience that you are separate from Love Itself, and therefore must figure things out on your own or you will not be safe.

Self-judgment can take on so many forms.  Asking yourself this simple question will likely reveal your truth quickly.  If it does not you might want to reframe it to, “Where might I be judging myself?”

The bottom line any judgment is telling us, however, is that I am not enough as I am.  And thus, I am alone and must figure things out alone.

I was able to take a lovely trip to Colorado this past week to spend time with my son and to take a focused week to work on my book, Your Indelible Worth.   It was refreshing to have more connecting time with God and with these Messages I am compiling into my book.

I came upon this Message from Love Itself that, for me, seemed to be the gist of it all.  I encourage you to break it down, go slowly, and ask Love Itself  for guidance in its interpretation.  There is so much that is freeing and exciting in this one message.  And yet it all starts with first releasing the judgment.  I am convinced that the release of all self-judgment is the gateway to the bliss, freedom, and co-creative power of union with Love Itself.

May you breathe this in and find the bliss of knowing only the Love that you are!

The more you let go
of the judgment, the fear, the perceived guilt,
and thus the separated sense of the body,
the more you allow yourself to release everything.
Then do you join with Me,
the energy of pure love,
the pure potential from which all springs forth.

Release all and join with Me
in the unified field of all love.

From all love do you lift yourself into the world of our co-creation.

For all you create is truly a projection,
a creative experience of what you feel within.

This is the power of creation as I allowed it to be

and as I called forth, in union with you,
our shared will.

You are seeing now when only love is felt within,
then all you envision of that love will rise up in the power of our united love.

If you stay restricted by fear or judgment,

then do you also project and create a mirror experience of that which is felt within.

Thus is self-forgiveness,
the release of judgment, and of fear
vital to creating the life you desire,
of which you came here to create.

Know only love.
Release all else but love
and join Me in fulfilling
what your soul intended to create and experience,
the full expression of you
in your natural state of love with Me.

Of our united love,
of our union,
springs forth the greatest joy of creation;
You
complete in Me.

This writing from Love Itself inspired my own mantra:

“May I know only the love that I am.”

When I repeat this mantra I remember to release all judgment, fear, and guilt and allow myself to return to the bliss of union with Love Itself.

It also inspired the creation of my first Etsy products, the Blissful Sloth Mug, Journal, and Poster.

May this mantra be a good reminder to help you also begin in bliss with Love Itself each morning!

Perhaps you would like to drink it in with me and your morning coffee or tea?
